Returns
We accept returns under these conditions:
- Product must be unused and in original condition
- Request must be raised within 7 days of delivery
- Product should be returned with original packaging
๐ Non-returnable items:
- Used or damaged books (not due to our fault)
- Items without original packaging
- Discounted/clearance products (if specified)
Damaged / Wrong Product
If you receive:
- Damaged product
- Defective book
- Incorrect item
๐ Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Order ID
- Product images
We will provide replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
Refunds
- Refunds are processed after inspection
- Timeline: 5โ7 business days
- Amount credited to original payment method
๐ COD Orders:
- Refund via UPI / Bank Transfer
Return Shipping
- If issue is from our side โ We cover shipping
- If return is customer preference โ Customer pays shipping
Order Cancellation
- Cancel within 12 hours of order placement
- After shipping, cancellation is not possible
